The impact of food and food security on the environment, local and global markets and communities. How processing affects the sensory and nutritional properties of ingredients. Our goal is to match food technology teacher’s expertise on the “Eat Well Plate” with our local knowledge, networks and expertise of the “Eat Well Plate Harvest” and raw products.
