Derek Jones B.Sc, Hons (Psych), QPMR, Managing Director. Founder and principal of D&M, its most senior researcher and responsible for the overall planning and development of D&M.
Trained as a psychologist at the University of New South Wales, and has over 18 years experience as a research and business professional.
