I was a personal trainer back several years ago and have come far away from the fit Jason to the out-of-shape Jason. Now it's time to show what I know and put myself to the test and never give up. After all, we all know what to do, we just don't do it.. There is no magic pill that will make you fit. It takes hard work, determination and focus.
