    1,549 views 1 year ago
Jason Engel, owner and CEO of Classics Recreations, brought three stunning cars to the 2016 SEMA Show. A grey GT500CR Shelby Mustang was prominently featured in the Ford booth and consistently had a crowd of admirers around the vehicle. In the American Racing booth, Jason unveiled a Pro-Touring version of his classic GT350CR Shelby Mustang. The car features revised bodywork (including a custom, handcrafted hood) that gives the Shelby a more aggressive and modern look, a Ford Racing Coyote V8 engine with a new Voodoo intake, advanced suspension by Detroit Speed and Engineering, a BASF paint job inspired by the famous Essex Wire GT350 race car, and new wheels by American Racing. The third pony was a red 1968 convertible GT500CR Shelby Mustang powered by a Coyote engine.
