Do you ever find baby is a bit 'straight' in your baby carrier or sling? Does their head tend to flop backwards if you don't support it? Let me help you achieve a more comfortable, ergonomic position for them.
The pelvic tuck/tilt is something that I mention to every person I work with.
It makes such a huge difference to baby's position and means baby's head will naturally rest against you - you don't need a padded neck support or to tuck their head inside a wrap.
This video demonstrates how to create a pelvic tuck/tilt, using a stretchy wrap and a buckle carrier, demonstrated with a newborn demo doll and a c. 3 month-sized demo doll
Carriers used to demonstrate (with the time you can view them from) are:
0:00 - Izmi Baby wrap - Teal
1:52 - Ergobaby Omni 360 Cool Mesh - Pearl Grey
Both are available from my online store, www.southeastslings.co.uk/retail
If you’d like further help with your baby carrier, I offer one-to-one consultations - online and in person - 💬 message me if you’d like to discuss options 💬
