Video clip taken from the BBC documentary Dead In The Water - The Sinking of the USS Liberty

For anyone who has not seen the documentary, the term "Ready Aircraft" denotes nuclear armed. So in addition to what the narrator claims. McNamara is also telling the admiral, that WW3 is still on hold, and not to launch conventionally armed planes to attack their Allies (Israel). The video clip, viewed by itself, does not make those points clear.
