I can get this for 7 without knee sleeves. Pretty impressed with the SBD knee sleeves, even if they are a pain in the ass to put on. Training for my first meet still going really well.
Matching a PR, I've done this before but I weighed 231 when I did. I've been cutting for the last 6 weeks and am down about 15lbs, pretty happy I have really lost any strength at all.
