The instructions and goal are very simple. Follow what I do and complete the entire sequences without having to stop. Easy right?
I am particularly fond of this sequence since it was the very 1st Polykinetics sequence I ever made and also it perfectly demonstrates how in Polykinetics you can instantly switch between working out the upper, core or lower body seamlessly! No confusion or complications.
And remember, your results depend on how much effort YOU put into each sequence. 5 sequences = 1 set!
