This is my 30 Day couch to handstand challenge for complete beginners who have never even come close to do a handstand or for everyone who just wants to give handbalancing a try.

This 30 course goes through all the basics of taking weight onto your hands so you can overcome fear, get stronger and more confident.

The aim after 30 days is to do a handstand against the wall.
