Home based no equipment exercises

Here's our home work out routines that are low to moderate level and don't need any specialist equipment. All you need is a chair, and a couple of tins of food or bottles of water to hand as weights. We've designed these routines for most abilities and you can keep them easy or make them a little bit more difficult, the choice is yours. Make sure you warm up and cool down properly and if you have any concerns about medical conditions and doing activity speak to your GP first.
