This is a tutorial for how to make a game, aimed at absolute beginners! 3 things to know:

1. We're using Game Maker Studio for Windows, and you can grab the free version of that here: http://www.yoyogames.com/studio/download

2. You don't need to buy anything to follow this, but if you do end up buying Game Maker, it's best to get it from that site rather than Steam. You can still redeem your key on Steam if you want it there, but Steam makes you auto-update whenever there's a new version, which can be a pain if the changes affect what you've made.
