Jade, now an ESPN anchor, began her career in 2001 working as a reporter at WGGB-TV in Springfield, MA. Shen then took a job at WAFF 48News in Huntsville, Alabama, followed by WCAU-TV in Philadelphia. During her time in Philadelphia, she won several Sports Emmy awards for her weekly series, Game Changers, which featured athletes who change the way we view sports. She also received an award for best sports special, Football Night in Philly. In 2010, Jade returned to Massachusetts and joined NESN, where she was a part-time host and reporter for SportsDesk and then later became the host of the network's new show, NESN Daily. In September 2012, Jade joined ESPN as an anchor for SportsCenter and also regularly hosts Outside the Lines, E60, and NFL programming.
