I purchased my FORD Explorer December 29, 2014. Since then I have had ongoing issues with the SYNC system.  I have had the car into the FORD Dealership a minimum of 12 occasions, each time leaving the car for a full day. At the end of each visit, FORD tells me that they are unable to reproduce or correct the error, and that a 'Master Reset' fixed the problem.  They have replaced the radio control module, the accessory module, and updated to the most current firmware (October 2016.) 
The issues continue and are getting worse. I am continually told, "There is nothing we can do.'  
I have reached out to FORD directly, and have been told that I need to work with the dealership.  
These issues started while the system was within the 36K warranty, and are now covered by the 100K warranty, but I am still unable to get a resolution.
