The Asimov Hour

If you don't sit down to write, you literally cannot finish a novel (unless you write while standing).

Isaac Asimov woke up and started writing every day at a set time. Every day. This had long been my plan, but it wasn't until I started thinking of Asimov as my watchful patron saint that I began to actually get up early enough to write before work.

These videos are my morning writing sessions, with voice over commentary of how it went, how far I got, what issues I ran into, and where I plan to go next. No specific story details, just a writer, writing, consistently.

Thanks to these videos, I went from trudging along at 500 words on a GOOD day to blowing through the rest of my half-finished draft in a month writing 1-2K per hour. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, eh?
