The real estate industry is often seen as calloused sales people selling houses. However, it is more than just buying and selling houses for me, it is ALL about the people behind the sale. We are all individuals with special needs and preferences. It is my goal to help my clients successfully reach their financial and emotional goals in each sale with low levels of stress and high levels of positivity. Contrary to what many sales people would tell you, there is no one size fits all formula for every buyer and seller . Each one of is unique and special and it is in these uniqueness where I put my focus to make my clients successful. I believe in the 51/49 rule. Studies have shown that the most successful people in their careers are 51% emotional/passionate and 49% is technical/critical thinking. This is the winning formula I have adopted that has led me to be a top agent by understanding what my clients need and how to get it for them.

Studies have also shown that men and women buy/sell differently. Although I believe we each have a balance of both it is important for me to know what your emotional and financial goals are and the method in which you will feel the most comfortable in reaching these goals. As a realtor, I am passionate about both the technical and emotional side of real estate. I pre-pave the road for my clients so they are aware of what options they have and the results of each choice. Therefor my clients feel empowered, confident, and in control in an industry where one can often feel at the mercy of everyone else. I love marketing which technically requires photographers, software programs, editing, and communication. The emotional side involves creativity, enthusiasm, commitment, and the ability to tell ones story. Whether my client is buying or selling I have to have the skills to present their story, needs, and wants in a way that will allow my clients to move forward in a positive and productive way towards their goals.
