Warm ups and Cool downs

In an attempt to keep you safe and your body healthy Sandy is including warm up and cool down sessions.
Sandy Maya's Bellydance highly recommends for you to warm up before participating in any of her lessons, drills or bellydance bliss sessions. Bellydance is a form of dance where you express your emotions with your body. Love yourself, be good to your body, listen to your body and give it the attention it deserves. By warming up before any exercise you prepare your body to be ready for the moves and the cool down session after your workout signalizes your body that it's time to wind down. Stretching is important before and after. Stretch warm muscles only to prevent injury. Enjoythe dance and cherish your body!
