It’s no secret that women find wide shoulders on a man incredibly attractive. Broad shoulders are a sign of masculine strength. Having broad shoulders is also one of the key components of the highly desired V-taper that most guys are after.
That being said, many guys spend years in the gym without building shoulders they feel proud and confident of.
Fortunately, in this video, I’m going to cover the most-effective science-based ways to target every muscle in the shoulders in order to build aesthetic 3D delts, along with good looking but not overdeveloped traps.
Here are the exercises covered in this video:
Standing barbell overhead press - strength focus
Standing dumbbell shoulder press - hypertrophy (muscle building) focus
Seated dumbbell shoulder press
Single arm dumbbell shoulder press
Side lateral raise - side delts
Cable lateral raise - side delts
Single arm lateral raise - side (medial) delts
Dumbbell Upright Rows - side delts
Reverse Fly - rear delts
Dumbbell Shrugs - traps
Face pulls - shoulder stability and traps
I also cover how to incorporate these exercises into a complete workout. These shoulder workouts will help you build the wide, broad shoulders in no time!
