245lbs for 2 reps and I felt good and comfortable doing it. Can’t wait to next week.

Quick Tip: MINI MEDITATION 🧘🏾♀️ Avoid saying you don’t have time to meditate. YOU DO!
Spend 5-10mins after your training session practicing a breathing meditation. Just focus on your breath and nothing else. Keep going back to breath when your mind wonders. Repeat as many times as possible during the length of time your set for yourself.
You will begin noticing a new attitude towards your workout and LIFE.
