<media:description>Managed to recreate this again and record it.

In Nintendo Village (Last Call in the PlayStation 2 version), there's a place to infinitely grind a rail as long as you have little to no momentum and don't do any inputs. If you manage to get to this area and slowly back out of one of the buildings towards the rail just right, your character will slowly grind the rail back and forth, never falling off and hit the long rail bonus limit (it still goes up and nets you a lot of points.)

I managed to achieve this after letting the game &quot;play itself&quot;, as even if you don't input anything on the controller the game still pushes you forward on its own. I assume you can do it without this, so long as you don't boost/pick up speed and angle yourself right. And I imagine you can hit 99:99 on the timer if left alone long enough (I hit 61:00 off camera and ended up getting 200,000 points added to my total)

I could've uploaded longer, but YouTube will copyright strike it for the music (there's an option to turn it off of course, but I forgot)</media:description>

<media:description>Weird glitch that happened on a playthrough of Submerged Castle's 4th floor.

This Dirigibug was very close to the pipes and dropped a bomb while I was in there. I ran off screen for the treasures across the other side of the map, and after the Waterwraith appeared, I ran back to the area and found the Dirigibug stuck in its moving animation.

It's trying to move out of the pipe but can't, and because of that, getting close to it won't trigger it throwing bomb rocks at all since it's focused on getting out. And because it's so close to the ground my captain can hit it without issue.</media:description>

I'm not sure if this is a glitch or not, but I've had this Freddie Mercury mii since the game came out, and I recently discovered that his second favorite food never unlocked. This is video proof showing I've fed the mii every food item in the game and nothing unlocked it.

Sometime after this video was uploaded I even fed the mii the Birthday Cake to see if that was it, but it still didn't unlock (I doubt the Birthday Cake can be an All-Time Fav food, or if it is, it's a terrible one since you can't buy it, you only get one per year on your birthday).

I also doubt Streetpass food would ever be it either since any Miis will like them and you rarely get them via travelers.

Also if you heard an odd sound it's just my fan going (it's super hot at night during the summertime)</media:description>

<media:description>This is an experiment made in relation to a glitch with the roaming Lati@s in Ruby/Sapphire. To learn more about it, check out this video by ChickasaurusGL which shows you how to do this glitch on your own game: https://youtu.be/FjqMC_p024A

Despite what Chickasaurus' video shows, in nearly every instance of myself trying this glitch, I've had a few oddities occur:
1) Chickasaurus' video shows them defeating a Battle Tower Trainer's 1st mon, then losing to the second in order to encounter it after killing the roamer. When I do it however, I get the trainer's 3rd mon. If I lost to the 1st, I get their 2nd; loosing to the 3rd seems to give me the actual mon.

For the record, the Battle Tower trainer I faced for this video had the following in their party when I lost to them: Golduck, Tropius and Gyarados.
I defeated Golduck and lost to Tropius, but instead I got Gyarados. I'd show the whole process of this, but the video would probably be longer due to how long it takes me to encounter Latias on my route.

2) If I try to attack on the turn that the glitched trainer has sent out their mon, they will flee. What makes this strange is that I'm using a Wobbuffet and it has Shadow Tag, which prevents fleeing. Despite Shadow Tag being in play, the mon will flee without fail.

This experiment is based off of point #2 with the following question: If having Shadow Tag out in the beginning won't work, will switching to another mon with Shadow Tag take effect?

The answer is no. The mon will still flee. I have no idea what causes this.</media:description>

<media:description>This baffled me more than it should have.

I'm also gonna preface this by apologizing for the camera angle; this glitch just kinda happened so suddenly and I only had my phone on me to record the TV as it was happening.

Context:
I was playing casually on a new file and was trying to open the paths to and completing Submerged Castle and Shower Room in the same day. My day (this is day 7 btw) was planned to go like this:
1. Run-throw blues over the barrier to drain the water
2. Collect 1 bitter spray for the 1st time so it's unlocked for caves
3. Once water is drained, tear down the electric gate to Shower Room
4. Tear down gate to Submerged Castle
5. Go into a cave to recollect Pikmin and have a save point
6. Go to Submerged Castle, then Shower Room before sunset

My first attempts at that day didn't work due to me messing up long throw too much, so I restarted from my last save. However, when I attempted to take down the Spiderwort mold on this attempt, this glitch happened.

I attacked the mold with a team of 65 Pikmin. I heard the mold shrink once, but quickly noticed that it didn't animate nor shrink and my Pikmin appeared to be attacking it more rapidly. For anyone that's played this game, having a big enough squad on the mold only takes a couple of seconds to take out. While this video is short, those 65 Pikmin have been attacking the mold for HALF THE DAY. You can hear the in-game timer chime the midday point and the 35 Pikmin in the distance finishing taking down the electric gate to Shower Room and this squad is still attacking the mold.
I tried taking them off, throwing them on, moving off screen and even Spicy Spraying my squad and this mold remained stuck in a glitched state. It didn't even animate when left alone.

Restarting fixed it. I have absolutely no idea what caused this other than my game being weird.</media:description>

<media:description>This is what happens when the last Mii on the field is defeated and the other Miis are blown away from battle. You automatically lose, even if those blown away Miis have health.

To prevent this, keep a Mii in the Safe Spot after their turn so that Tornado doesn't blow them away. Enemies will never blow away the last Mii on the field, even if there's a second Mii in the Safe Spot. If you come into a battle with just a single Mii, enemies will NEVER use Tornado to blow them away.

The Miis here in my party are at levels 50 and 35 btw, and the boss is a lv. 50.

Just uploading this to confirm and showcase it.</media:description>

This is where Sneak Attack fails. Since you'll always target the weakest enemy and the Calc King loves summoning allies during its turn, you're barely gonna attack it. But at least the Thief's basic attack hits all targets.

Apparently you can dodge a Ultimate Robot Warrior's laser attack and it'll show it hitting nothing, which is kinda weird but interesting.
I'm not too worried of getting hit though since my stats are high enough to take a few hits.

I will not fight Dark King or Queen, Evil Sage or Dark Sun solo. Way too difficult for a normal player like myself.</media:description>

Relying on Sneak Attack isn't exactly the best option, especially if you face a boss that inflicts a status that makes you unable to act.

But you can easily override certain statuses such as this one with Hyper Sprinkles!</media:description>

More experiments with Sneak Attack. I discovered that Sneak Attack automatically defaults to the enemy on the left/weakest hence why my mii attacks the Frog King in the beginning.
I also learned that the charged attacks of bosses such as the Frog's Bad Breath can still be charged while hiding, but they will never waste it if there's no target on the field. This leaves you open since you lose a turn after using Sneak Attack.

2 bosses on the field make things a little harder since my mii will only focus on one of them until they die. Thankfully these bosses aren't too hard given my setup.</media:description>

<media:description>I said I wouldn't make anymore Miitopia vids, but I couldn't help but think and explore some other ways to beat the New Lumos bosses solo. King of Hounds was the hardest, but what about bosses 1-4?

This setup has my mii Kaito at lv. 40 with all stats with +99 from grub and legendary armor. This time I picked Thief.

I noticed that there are no skills in the game that prevents or allows you to dodge non-physical/magical attacks. Enemies can't either, but only 1 enemy has a dodge skill and it only works for physical attacks.

So this is an exploration in using the Thief's Sneak Attack, which is the only move in the game that allows you to dodge non-physical/magical attacks. It also makes a boss unable to act turning a turn, but there are some exceptions to this (that I show in another video.)
Sneak Attack costs you turn however, which makes fighting a little tedious and long if you rely on it a lot.</media:description>

<media:description>Done on the first try. My mii Kaito is at lv. 50 with all stats with +99 from grub and legendary armor. I picked Elf because I believed it had better coverage.

I thought about trying a challenge with this game and theorized, &quot; Can you beat a boss with 1 mii? Can you beat the Tower of Dread with 1 mii?&quot; Yes and No.

It is possible to beat some of the (tougher) bosses solo. That boss is the King of Hounds.
I picked this boss because it attacks 3 times per turn and is tougher overall due to it's bulk and the nightmare status. I originally wanted to do the Evil Sage, but despite lasting 13 turns I got killed by the Fire attack on half health. Don't get me started on the others where there's more than 1 boss on the field, or even Dark Sun. I highly doubt that is possible for me to do for the reasons below:

From this boss battle, I came to this conclusion: it's probably impossible to beat the Tower of Dread solo (without tools or hacks). Mainly because bosses NEVER MISS (unless you're a certain class/personality or have other miis with high relationships with you) and you can't inflict status effects on them.

This is one of my main gripes about this game (besides lacking a lot of features from Tomodachi Life) is that it doesn't have these typical RPG mechanics UNLESS you have more Miis. And even then, bosses STILL don't miss nor get status effects. Only YOU suffer from these, which is a bit unfair.
This makes fighting solo, especially against certain bosses that may or may not attack more than once, difficult (and sometimes impossible) since you can only attack/heal once per turn, have no other miis to help you deal more damage and the Safe Spot is rendered useless (making status effects very deadly).

There are probably better classes out there such as the Vampire and its Curse auto-skill or the Scientist's Mask auto-skill, along with the right personalities to solo bosses with. But I doubt you'd survive long enough against the Dark Queen and King, Evil Sage or even Dark Sun. Especially if you attempt the Tower of Dread solo. Luck is certainly possible, but this game wants you and your miis to work together. Solo just isn't for this game.

EDIT: Correction! You can probably do this better with a Cool Scientist as they can prevent status effects and the Cool personality can make them dodge attacks.
However, Cool's dodge (and Thief's Backflip by extension) ONLY prevents damage from PHYSICAL attacks. They never dodge magical/non-physical attacks. So there's no way to dodge the King of Hounds' fire/ice attacks, or things like the Evil Sage's Flame/Giga attacks. The game designers didn't seem to program any skills that protect you from magical/non-physical attacks of enemies besides the Shield Sprinkles.

My apologizes if the video+audio quality is different; I still couldn't find my good camera and had to use an old one that works differently.</media:description>

<media:description>This boss was encountered in a lv. 42 quest.

The miis in my party are:

Brock (Pokemon)
Clause (Len'en Project)
Kaito (oc)
Koishi Komeiji (Touhou Project)

Nina Cortex (guest traveler; Cash Bandicoot)

The boss uses the face of Tomoko from the manga/anime WataMote or &quot;No Matter How I Look at It, It's You Guys' Fault I'm Not Popular!&quot;

And that marks the last monster I needed to complete the Monster Journal in my game~ so now I'll only upload another Miitopia vid if I happen to find a boss I haven't recorded yet such as the Princess General Boss (or weird shit happens to my game like a glitch)

Brock was brought back as this quest was swarming with Terror Fiends and Iron Generals and all I had was Magic users in the Inn (who are all around lv. 20 or so as well, which doesn't work well for a lv. 42 quest)</media:description>
