<media:description>Margaret is one of 564,000 Canadians with dementia and one of 60% who go missing or become lost. All those affected by the disease are more than a number. But the power of one number can make a difference by bringing a cure and treatment for Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

With your support we can help those in need.

<media:description>Each year, 25,000 Canadians are diagnosed with dementia. But dementia is more than just numbers. Friends, families and members of our communities, they’re all affected by the social and personal impact of the disease.

Darren Dreger, a Hockey Insider at TSN, is one of those Canadians. When his stepfather Ervin was diagnosed with dementia, it was like his whole family got dementia.

Darren is challenging Canadians to be #initforalz. When we all speak together, we can change the way we think about dementia and that helps us to better understand and support families like Darren’s.

Darren is #InItForAlz. Are you?
