From the Green Man Roundabout and the Leyton Stone I pass through Wanstead (Woden's Stede) to look at the Victorian Orphanage for the children of Merchant Seaman. Then I cross the River Roding to Claybury Hospital - a late Victorian Asylum now converted to a private estate called Repton Park.
