You or someone else has created and they are public. 2. You have created as Private with zero or more participants. 3. Someone else has created as Private but has invited you to participate. From this page, you can either choose a thematic workspace that you are interested in or you can use the filter to find what you need. On the other hand, in your Workspaces tab you can see: 1. All workspaces that you have created Public or Private. 2. All workspaces that are Private and you have been invited by a user and you have subscribed. When entering to a thematic workspace, the top bar contains information about: 1. The Title of the Thematic Workspace 2. The areas of interest 3. Both users use the Etherpad tab which is the main tab of this Eurogender content and that contains the document and the multi-featured bar. This bar gives a large number of capabilities from formatting text to importing and exporting the contained text in several formats. As in advance, each user has his own colour so that collaborators can distinguish their modifications so user one uses purple and user two green. A user can change his or her colour by clicking on the coloured button as shown here. To import a file to Etherpad you need to: 1. Click on the Import button on the right part of the multi-featured tab. 2. Click on the Choose file button. 3. Choose the file you want to import and click on the import now button. You can format your text by using the buttons from the bar as demonstrated in the video. To export the etherpad as a file of your choice: 1.
