Dai released another update that removes the bullet cap, tweaks the RNG, balances a few sections to be more doable and made it so you can fight both stage 4 bosses in one run! I tried using my mic this stream. I was super nervous during the start, but I ended up having a lot of fun talking. I know my mic quality isn't ideal and when I raise my voice it sounds bad, but hopefully it's not unbearable and hopefully most people will understand me. Stream framerate was super laggy at some points and I sadly don't have any idea why, I just hope it won't happen next time. It's on the harder side because of how it's system works (you enter a mode where enemy patterns get harder in exchange for getting life pieces), but I feel like the system is balanced very very well. The game doesn't drown you in resources like other fangames unless you know what you are doing, so don't expect a blind clear unlike other fangames. But at the same time it's difficulty doesn't come from the mechanic being potentially really annoying to work with (like UFOs) or incredible over the top pattern difficulty (like LoLK or DLW) either, so it feels very fun and fair to play. Also this game's extra is just genuinely the best Extra stage in any Touhou game and fangame I have played. (1:36:00 for Extra). The difficulty felt just right to me, it was tricky enough that I had to figure out what to do, but once I figured out what to do most patterns weren't all that bad (for my skill level). There were some patterns I struggled on, but mostly because I was getting tired after playing for so long without a break. I know it says "All Scenes" but I didn't actually capture Yukari's 3rd scene. It was way too visually and mentally overwhelming for me, and after a hour+ of it I just decided to give up on it for the day. I probably would have captured it if the pattern didn't change after a decent amount of time. Sorry for the false advertisement, but "All Scenes Minus One" doesn't sound as good. I also really liked the music, it's quite catchy. And the visuals are great and surprisingly aren't distracting at all, when I watched the trailer I thought at the very least I would have to turn bullet shadows off, but actually they weren't distracting at all. All in all a really solid game.
