🔥Unožování ve stoje:
Boční kop působí na všechny hlavní svalové skupiny dolní části těla, zejména na quadricepsy, hýžďové svaly a vnější stehna.  Boční kopy také automaticky využívají svaly středu těla. Říkáme tomu reaktivní základní trénink, kdy se střed těla posiluje, protože boční kop nutí tyto svaly automaticky reagovat.

🚶🏼‍♀️Chůze do stran:
Boční chůze je skvělý způsob, jak procvičit hýžďové svaly, boky a stehna. Tenhle cvik posiluje gluteus maximus, medius a minimus, pomáhá stabilizovat kolena a kyčle.

🍑Kick-backs:
Glutes: With proper form, kickbacks are one of the best exercises for working your glute muscles, including the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and gluteus minimus.

🔥Standing side-kicks:
The side kick works all the major lower body muscle groups, particularly the quads, glutes and outer thighs. Side kicks also automatically use the muscles of our core. We call this reactive core training, where our core gets stronger because the side kick forces these muscles to automatically respond.

🚶🏼‍♀️Side-walk:
The lateral band walk is a great way to work your glutes, hips, and thighs. This exercise strengthens the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus, helps to stabilize your knees and hips.
