Jess Edelson is a policy researcher from the United States. She received her BA with highest distinction from Duke University, where she studied political science, media studies, and information science as a Robertson Scholar. On campus, Jess was captain of the cyber team, researched design ethics and technology policy, and served as a representative to the Board of Trustees.

Tetiana Avdieieva is a Senior Legal Counsel at Digital Security Lab Ukraine, a member of the Independent Media Council, and an expert of the Expert Committee on Artificial Intelligence under the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. She has cooperated with various international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, including the European Commission, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the Council of Europe, Article 19, Access Now, etc.
