1. Rear-Naked Ankle Attack — 00:07
Opponent defends the ankle lock by grabbing your hand. Slip other hand under calf muscle, rip hand free, and perform a rear-naked choke grabbing the knee of the opponent.
2. Gi-Wrap Ankle Attack —02:41
Thread your arm under the opponent’s leg and grab your own lapel closest to the leg. Tighten by feeding the lapel. Lean back for the tap out.
3. Shark Frenzy
Go for ankle lock. Rock back and forth like a shark ripping into a victim. Use a sawing motion to get the tap out.
