Morgan County Substance Abuse Council

Morgan County Substance Abuse Council is driven by the desire to see positive change happen within our community. MCSAC provides free programming and skills training to people of all ages throughout the county in an effort to reduce the incidence and prevalence of substance misuse by adults and youth.
