    You may think that all dog and cat food is the same, but at ROYAL CANIN® we understand that every dog and cat has very unique nutritional needs.
    For example, the Golden Retriever and the Labrador Retriever in this video may look similar to each other, but their nutritional needs are worlds apart.
    While both breeds have a scissor bite, Labradors tend to eat more quickly and be more prone to obesity than Golden Retrievers. This is partly because Labradors were bred to swim in the icy waters of the Atlantic Ocean and have a huge appetite for calories. So the scientists and nutritionists at ROYAL CANIN® developed a special food just for Labradors, with a precise formulation that helps them avoid becoming overweight, and a kibble shape that slows them down and encourages them to chew.
