This is fantastic! You know how IoI have done little side games in the Hitman franchise before, like that Hitman Sniper app that gets very boring in less than an hour of playing it and Hitman GO, which was actually really fun but then they made two more of those games of some shit franchises nobody's ever heard of?
Well, now they've taken a page of another developer's book and are making a spinoff Hitman game focusing on the aspect of cleaning the crime scenes. I got an opportunity to play and record an early version of it, and may I just say, it is the most fun I have ever had in a video game!
The action, the suspense, the intrigue to find out just what lurks around the next corner; oh man! The attention to details in the level is astounding, and it feels like there's always something completely new to do and see. I don't think I did any single action more than maybe twice or thrice during these two hours of gameplay and the variety in animations certainly helped cover up what little repetition there was.
And the story, or what we see of it in this one level: just WOW! All the feels, man. I'm not ashamed to admit my eyes got watery, and that's only happened once in the past 15 years, when I was watching Breaking Bad. Well, technically Breaking Bad made me cry on several occasions, but you know what I mean.
If the full game is as good as this, it might even be better than Blood Money.
