The Yoke Training System's mission is to transform the way people exercise. Taking you beyond linear training and isolating muscle groups, the YokeBar engages the whole body to work together as one.  The YTS provides workouts that require large AND detailed muscle groups to work together in unstable positions.  Strength, balance and flexibility are enhanced through yoke exercises and the body becomes stronger is all motions. 

The YokeBar, the core of The Yoke Training System, is an overhead trainer that moves freely on all 3 planes, forcing each of the muscles to work together to find balance. It's versatile and can compliment any strength training program. Because of its chain system, anyone can create exercises for stamina, full body strength, core stability and flexibility.
