UIC History:
Seven Sisters from the University of Illinois at Chicago came together during the Summer of 2011 aching to make a change within the university and surrounding communities.Through many hardships and struggles to achieve everlasting bonds of Sisterhood, seven women became Sisters of Alpha Phi Gamma on February 26, 2012. These ladies are: Kaitlin Digrispino, Jean Dionicio, Chelsea Gabon, Jeanne Khousakoun, Nhi Le, Lisa Trinh, and Trisha Truong.They wanted to bring diversity to the campus  by promoting Asian Awareness and its culture. This became a place and organization that they feel defines them and their future endeavors.
