Music and Blinkenlights

I've always been a fan of synthesizers and electronic music, and all sorts of devices with displays and lots of blinky lights.

In 1984 I bought a Yamaha DX7 (that I still own and play), but what I really craved back then were analog synths with their soft, warm sounds, which -- at that time -- were far beyond my means.

Flash forward a few decades, and we've got Arduinos, Synth DIY communities, eBay and cheap electronics suppliers. So what I can't buy, I can --at least in theory-- build myself! So what am I waiting for?

In this channel I'm going to show you my efforts, successes (few) and failures (not so few) in the fields of
- Electronics projects,
- DIY analog and digital synthesizers,
- MIDI controllers and the like.

My motto: I like music and blinkenlights. If it doesn't need a display, it isn't worth doing.
