Landmark's Automated Valuation Risk Model focuses on determining the exact level of risk a particular property presents by bringing together mortgage risk, property information and environmental data in a fully configurable rules based risk engine to output the appropriate solution for each instruction.
At present there are two main methods of assessing property risk, via a physical inspection (valuation) or by using an Automated Valuation Model (AVM). Both methods however can lead to potential issues and property risks being over-looked.
Our Decisioning tool allows you to pull together property risk data into a configurable rules based risk engine to determine an appropriate outcome. As well as being able to consume external data such as environmental data and socio-economic data, Decisioning will also link in with existing solutions such as Q-Guard and Q-Mobile. We know that ‘one size doesn’t fit all’ so Decisioning is highly configurable over both rules and also things such as data sets.
