CYP's (Crossover Yoga Project) mission has empowered over 4,300 vulnerable teen girls through the I Believe in Me curriculum of trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and expressive art therapy. CYP meets trauma survivors where they are at: residential treatment centers, group homes, shelters, after school programs, facilities for pregnant teens and teen mothers, juvenile detention facilities and community programs offer tools to build awareness, resilience and respect.
