What is Buckwheat? The Gluten Free Wheat:
Your kids want breakfast for dinner. All their friends have it. But it's just too
much work. Pancakes, waffles, all that takes a long time. And my dad, he always
messes up on the waffles. Here's a good breakfast for dinner recipe.
I'm using the super-foods gojis and mulberries from Navitas Naturals.
Bob's Oat buckwheat, before that, we boil the water. We put it in there, we cook
it. Then we put it in a bowl like that. I did like that, but I just forgot my honey, so
I'm going to put it right now.
Then I added cinnamon, gojis, mulberries, bananas, the coconut, chocolate chips,
because today is actually International or National? International, National Day
Of Chocolate Chips.
Then I didn't want to put the blueberries. You can put whatever you want. My
sister doesn't like honey, so she's not going to put honey. Then she isn't going to
put ... Oh, wait, I didn't put almond either.
It turned out like that. You can see the buckwheat, the bananas, the chocolate
chips, honey, cinnamon. It's all gluten free. Not nut free if you add the almonds.
I use ... Oh, well coconut is a nut. I use these toasted coconut chips, we got them
at Costco. Organic, non-GMO, nut free, soy free. Then I used these Enjoy Life
mini chocolate chips. Dairy, nut and soy free. It's also gluten free.
Then these Navitas Naturals mulberries. We got these online, they
shipped it to us. Then Navitas Naturals goji berries, same thing, they shipped it to us. Then, that's
it pretty much.
You could just swirl the things like that. Toady's family Friday so we're going to
do a lot of fun stuff. We're going to sit in front of the fire and have our breakfast
