Welcome! While helping some of my friends stay fit from halfway across the globe, I’ve realized a lot of people have a strong desire to feel better about their bodies but don’t know where to go. I’ve acquired some exercises and knowledge over the years and would like to share some of what I know works for me. This won’t work for everyone.
