Welcome to Soul Alchemy. 
I see my work as alchemising old habits, energies & behaviours to create a higher frequency. This is more important now than ever as we move into a new age, and with it we are co-creating our crystalline body for 5D.
We must address all levels of our being - body, mind & soul. For many years I focused more on the physical & emotional (with naturopathy - what you put into your body, how you 'do' your life, supporting lifestyle and mindset) however, in 2021 I found Soul Centre Healing Hypnosis (SCHH) & now use this technique to facilitate deep inner healing with clients to help them with their ascension. 
I've been a naturopath for 25 years, and was searching for a way to integrate my inner knowing & spiritual wisdom into my practice. When I found Laura Whitworths' amazing technique I knew this was what I wanted to use.
