No. 1: Ask any personal trainer and they’ll tell you that regardless of your fitness goals, healthy eating is the backbone. Food is what fuels our body to reach our fitness goals and without proper nutrition through quality food, the likelihood of us achieving optimal results is dismal.
No. 2: Avoid using words such as “workout” or “exercise” for your fitness routine. Our brains associate these words with unpleasant experiences. When you use words like these you become demotivated and the chance you will go exercise significantly diminishes.
No. 3: Almost all of us eat too fast. It takes nearly 20 minutes for the stomach to tell the brain it’s full. This results in us eating far more than we need. Try to slow down. Take smaller bits. This will allow you to lose weight painlessly.
