2. Pick Amaranth muesli (high in calcium, iron, vitamin c, high in fiber, nuts contains selenium, zinc) over Biscuits (high in empty calories, made with refind flour, high fat content)
3. Pick Butter milk (natural pro biotic, calcium, whey protein) over Aerated Drinks (high sugar content, diuretic effect).
