20 min Core Workout for swimmers, bikers and runner - or everyone who'd like to have a six pack and a strong core!
You can add this circuit to your "Quarantine Sports Plan".
I suggest to do this program 2 to 3 times per week.
The exercises will help to strengthen your core and to make progress in all 3 disciplines.
