An easy snack recipe for kids to adults - everyone love sweet corns. Traditionally we have been having them charred or boiled. and toppled with lemon and chilli, salt. 3 Charred Sweet corns
Ready to eat Chips (any flavour of your choice, available in market)
To make garlic butter, take butter in a sauce pan.
add finely chopped garlic into butter as it melts.
We want garlic to get mildly cooked and not get burnt.
Add just a little salt even though butter may be salty, we
need a little salt for this recipe.
Once garlic is mildly cooked, add some chopped coriander leaves.
Let the mixture cool down a little.
In another bowl, take parmesan cheese, for second sweet corn.
For third sweet corn, we will use any of the ready-to-eat chips.
Crush it into powder form.
Now cover all the sweet corns with garlic butter.
And cover one of the corns with parmesan cheese and the other sweet corn with crushed chips powder.
Serve it with coriander leaves.
Super delicious snack is ready.
