I am Alex Recchia, Red Belt of Kung Fu, ASI National Trainer of Taichi and Qi Gong Therapeutic and Wellness Educator.

For 20 years I guide people of all ages towards an extraordinary increase in their vital energy, freeing them from the chains of physical pain to make them live a life full of well-being, happiness and deep realization, through personalized one to one tailor-made paths. 

In addition, I have been training doctors, health professionals and holistic professionals for 3 years, teaching them to use Qi Gong in the studio to help the people they care for even more.
