That is pretty obvious, since we’ve shared dozens of recipes featuring this Peruvian super food over the past three years… and will keep doing so! Quinoa has become a protagonist in the modern food scene due to its amazing nutritional qualities and versatility in the kitchen; probably the same reasons why 2013 was proclaimed “the year of quinoa” by the United Nations. For us, however, this is not something new. Quinoa has always been part of our diet.
