International Journal of Health Policy and Management (IJHPM) serves as an international and interdisciplinary forum for the dissemination of health policy and management research. It brings together individual specialities from different fields, notably epidemiology; health management, policy, economics, and information systems; social policy; and philosophy into a dynamic academic mix.
IJHPM is international and multidisciplinary in scope and appeal. It publishes editorials, perspectives, review articles, original research articles (both empirical and theoretical), policy briefs, commentaries, correspondences, hypotheses, letters to editor, special reports and book reviews from countries with diverse political, social, cultural and economic environment. IJHPM is intended to enhance communication between health system researchers, policy and decision makers, legislators, professionals, and practitioners in relation to developing, implementing, and analysing health policies.
