A little about myself; my name is Sarah Lewis and for 20 years in Britain I've been helping organisations to change their culture. I now travel all over the world doing this as the managing director of Appreciating Change, for example I was recently in Hong Kong working with an international publisher. I am a dedicated believer in the strengths-based approach to changing organisations. Fundamentally this means changing your organisation by focusing on how success happens, and doing more of that, rather than on how failure happens and trying to do less of that. I started this channel as a way of showing people how what I do works, and how well it can work if you do it right. It's intended more for managers and HR leaders to see how the the things they want to accomplish - greater employee engagement, organisational culture change, creating more effective team working and so on - can be achieved using techniques like Appreciative Inquiry and other strengths-based ways of working.
