TNR Feral Cat Initiative of NC

TNRFCI of NC (TNRFCI) is a Tax-Exempt Nonprofit Organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

TNRFCI is dedicated in working to stabilize and reduce the feral and stray cat population. We promote TNR (trap-neuter-return) as the most effective strategy for Feral Cat control utilizing responsible management of TNR'ed Cats through sterilization and vaccination.

Our Mission is that of using TNR (Trap-Neuter Return) to alleviate nuisance issues for communities by reducing feral cat populations through sterilization and removal of disease concerns through vaccinations using responsible Management . Feral cats and kittens assessed to have "adoption potential" are removed offered for adoption through local rescue organizations to also reduce the feral cats for communities.
