The more I practice yoga and the more I become aware of the body, the more I realise just how much unnecessary tension we hold. How we unconsciously suffocate ourselves and disturb the optimum energy flow in our body. In this video, I invite you to become aware of 3 tension points, tension belts (that's the word I was looking for in the video...) and then to loosen the belt, release the tension. It is so simple to do and yet our attention is often so 'out there' that we don't take time to notice what's going on 'here'. I hope it helps you feel more grounded and stronger in your daily life.
