Here's our super easy and delicious no-knead bread recipe. We use this technique all the time but with different ingredients, ways of shaping and baking the bread. As long as you allow the dough to evolve over time you almost can't go wrong.

500 g wheat flour
400 g water
7 g salt
3 g active dry yeast
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Mix with a wooden spoon or just use your hands.
Cover with cling film or a kitchen towel.
Let the dough raise on the kitchen counter overnight.
Dust some flour on the kitchen counter.
Use a dough scraper to transfer the dough onto the kitchen counter.
Shape the dough with a dough scraper and place it in a flour dusted raising basket (see video).
Let the dough raise for one hour.
Place a baking tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper upside down on top of the raising basket (see video).
Flip it over and remove the basket slowly.
Preheat the oven to 240 C / 464 F.
Bake for 20 minutes on 240 C / 464 F.
Lower the temperature to 200 C / 392 F and bake for another 30 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven and let it rest on a oven grid for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour.
Slice it up and enjoy :)
