Nevada Crime Mapping

Welcome to the Nevada Crime Mapping YouTube channel. The Nevada UCR program, housed within the Records Bureau, collects crime statistics from state law enforcement agencies and publishes the results for use in national and state summaries. It publishes the Crime in Nevada Annual Report and forwards the statistics to the FBI for inclusion in national reports. The UCR program provides a standardized form for police to report all index crimes, domestic violence incidents and crimes against the elderly within their jurisdiction. Authorized by statute to serve as central repository of crime and arrest information for Nevada NIBRS. Here you can find videos about what we do and helpful tips that will help you successfully report crimes.
