Hi and welcome back to my channel! So happy that you found your way here :) Today I share what I eat in a day, but please remember that I constantly variate what I eat so this is just showing a small part of different foods that I consume on a daily basis. :) Variation is the key!
Recipe of the buckwheat porridge:
1/3 cup buckwheat groats (0.8 dl)
2/3 cup water (1.6 dl not 1.8 dl like I said in the video lol)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom
A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- Pour hot water over the buckwheat groats and rinse + drain carefully (or soak over night + rinse in lots of water and drain)
- Cook buckwheat, cinnamon, cardamom, salt + water in a small pot. Let the buckwheat come to a boil, stir and lower the heat to low
- Let simmer under a lid for about 15 min or so or until done.
- Serve with any fruits, berries and nuts you like + raw organic honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar and almond milk.
